MOONWALK SAFETY RULES
• Adult supervision is required at all times.
• REMOVE shoes, eyeglasses and any sharp objects.
• Somersaults, diving, wrestling, rough play and flips are prohibited.
• No food, drinks, gum, pets or silly string.
• No pets allowed near moonwalk
• Riders with mental or physical impairment SHOULD NOT be allowed to use this inflatable
• EXIT if the unit begins to lose air. USE exit doors and escapte hatches.
• DO NOT use and immediately deflate the inflatable if winds exceed 15 MPH and or it rains
• Riders SHOULD ALL BE of compatible age size (Please refer to the Information Plate provided on unit)
ALL EQUIPMENT RULES
• Renter knows that there is no liability, insurance on moonwalk and agrees to be responsible for all accidents
• The renter agrees to be responsible for any damage to or theft of any equipment rented
• Renter agrees to rent and use said equipment at the indemnify and hold harmless 3D
Local Enterprises against any and all liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising from or
growing out of , directly or indirectly, all injures to persons or damages to property,
however caused, while the equipment is being rented.
• There is a $25.00 nonrefundable deposit
• NO REFUNDS on any payment of any type.
• “PAID” rain outs will result in rescheduling or store credit
• All items DELIVERED are considered PAID under any weather conditions
• THIS IS THE PROPERTY OF 3D Local Enterprises AND CANNOT BE SOLD TO
ANYONE.
MACHINE RULES
• Margarita and Snow cone machines must only be operated by an adult
• Renter agrees to return any loose items accompanied with machine (lime juice and salt holder, scoop, ladle, remaining
syrup, ect
• All Machines must have provided to them an electrical outlet for its use only to work properly.
3D Local Enterprises has the right to retrieve any equipment from the renter as 3D Local Enterprises feel
necessary due to high demand, weather, or safety of the equipment
3D Local Enterprises agrees to deliver rented equipment no later than one half hour of party time
